1.) Cancellation Terms for all Group Excursions:

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 24 hours before the departure of the Excursion.
A full refund will be issued, if the Excursion will be cancelled through us, because of bad weather conditions or other circumstances.

No refund will be issued, for cancellations on the day of the Excursion or by no show off. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity.
No refund will be issued, if you arrive late (outside an acceptable period of delay) at the Meeting Point. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity.

2.) Cancellation Terms for all Private/Exclusive Boat Reservations:

A full refund will be issued, if the Reservation will be cancelled in time; at latest, 72 hours before the scheduled Excursion Date.
A full refund will be issued, if the Private Excursion will be cancelled through us, because of bad weather conditions or other reasonable circumstances.

No refund will be issued, for cancellations after the cancellation deadline. If you would like to reschedule your Reservation after the cancellation deadline, it would depends, if it is possible to change your reservation and if there are still capacities available.
No refund will be issued, by no show off on the day of the Private Excursion. In this case, the issued Ticket will loses its validity.

3.) The following, additional Transfer Conditions, will apply to all Reservations:

If you have booked an Excursion together with a Transfer and the Excursion will be cancelled on site, due to bad weather conditions or reasonable circumstances, please note, that the amount paid for the Transfer, would not be refunded.
If you have booked yourself a Transfer to Blue Bay and the Excursion will be cancelled on site, due to bad weather conditions or reasonable circumstances, please note, that we don´t accept any liability and the amount paid for the Transfer, would not be covered.
